Ice-nine replicator challenge

There have been efforts to prove an ice-nine replicator, but not a full one. I've done some thinking about how this is going to work, the ice-nine will surround ash then delete it by using either rakes, or cordorships. I'd like this to be a POTY contestant for future POTY contests.
