Sure, it doesn't look too difficult: there's not a lot of complex interaction between the switch engines in this case. If you start with bare switch engines in the same locations, they magically regenerate the full string cordership without even any junk to clean up -- except maybe a little at the edges, but the edges are the easy part.

One approach would be to build the switch engines in order from one edge to the other, progressively suppressing the debris from each engine with gliders until the next engine is in place and can take over. Here's a sample two-salvo progressive construction for a different Cordership that should contain all the necessary glider recipes (from Golly Patterns/Life/Guns/7-in-a-row-Cordership-V-gun.rle)
