Glider bouncer

Hi!

Does anyone of you, guys, know of a pattern, which would bounce gliders? I mean, some pattern which would redirect a glider approaching for example from north-west to continue in the direction of north-east (and which would also stay intact, like glider eaters)?

This would make the Rennard's encoding of boolean circuits in conway's life more efficient. I wonder if this is possible. Thanks a lot for any advice!
