Heartbleed, Crap!

Post by Freywa » April 9th, 2014, 8:32 pm

The servers this site (and the other ConwayLife sites) run on should have their OpenSSL implementations bumped up to the latest version - we've got the tip-off of a huge bug, the Heartbleed bug. Anyone up to it?

Checking conwaylife.com gives an "unaffected or fixed" result, so things seem good here.
The checker returns an error on pentadecathlon, so I can't tell there.

If there are any website here that use new versions of OpenSSL (except the g version) then those should get updated, but here I don't think it's going to affect anyone much here now.

Sorry about the delay in responding to this, but yes, the ConwayLife.com server had its OpenSSL updated on April 9 in response to HeartBleed.
