Crash when running NN rules
Hi, Golly 3.0 crashed when attempting to run almost any pattern in a LTL NN rule on my Mac OS 10.13.2. I think it happens whenever a birth occurs. NM rules work fine.

This sounds suspiciously like the bug that was fixed in Golly 3.1.
