the "click here" button on https://conwaylife.com/wiki/Rule:Neutronium doesn't take you anywhere. it just downloads an index.php file

This has come up before, as a problem specific to Firefox, which is uniquely over-enthusiastic about downloading things instead of displaying them. There's a fairly easy workaround.
