Nope. There are too many ways to make one.
Most of the exploration in this area was done by MathAndCode, I believe. A little bit happened in 2023, though I'm not entirely sure whether that was intended to (possibly) lower the 15-glider bound, or just to improve the coding efficiency for universal construction.
