Reasons?
According to the relevant user page, zdr is a current member, but was only actually active for a two-week period in March.
Messages sent to zdr will sit in the sender's Outbox until they are read. If the private-message notification doesn't get through -- filtered out as spam, or deleted for whatever other reason, or the email address used to sign up was just a throwaway address not used regularly -- then there's no particular reason why zdr will ever see the message, but there's not much else to do besides wait. (And start a thread like this one, to see if anyone has better contact information.)
