Looks a bit like Tosc if you ask me, but I'm not sure how close the two rules are because nobody came up with the Hensel string for either it or the variant.

@muzik: Not sparky enough on either side for really easy alterations, and all successful interactions that I've seen reset the tail end of the engine, meaning that the succeeding cycles are all out of phase.
