There's the LifeHistory page in the Rule Table Repository. All three are known rotors. The 39 bit version of the P5 was found by Hickerson. The other P5 casings are new.
At some point maybe I need to finish up my objects SQLite database so that I can distribute it. One of the record keys it includes is Hickerson's rotor descriptor, so it's easy to look up oscillators like this.
