Post by testitemqlstudop » March 1st, 2019, 6:44 pm

Rules:

- no more than 5 people's puzzles a a time
- puzzles are at most 20 anagrams

here's the last one from that thread

Code: Select all

ITCHING SEWEN (hint: yl) - SOLVED
CHALDEAN POTENT (hint: very natural) - SOLVED
YOVEN URGE LOSH (hint: long Moosey)
THUGGEE RIFI (hint: natural) - SOLVED
REDTAIL GRIN (hint: block + (in the name) puffer)
FORMULAE (should be very easy) - SOLVED
WITCHING TALL ALOW (hint: hisssssssss) - SOLVED
GONDOLA DICK (hint: oscillator)
TUBBISH TWIN SUMO (hint: first word) - SOLVED

Then the puzzle you gave was incorrect — "a star eta" has an extra A and is missing a G.

There's no G in "a star eta".
Anyway, this should be easy:

Some more puzzles: (hint text blends into background, select to reveal)

2. AN OCTAVE WOVE HIGHLY (hint: I complained about this one's wiki article (and another now-deleted page with a similar name))
3. RELIENT BAND (hint: rotates 90° every quarter-period)
testitemqlstudop wrote:Still no one solved "redtail grin" or "gondola dick"...

Egomaniac’s Fey Wolf (another bonus. Includes all punctuation but not capitalization. Answer should be fairly obvious.)
