I ran it for 12M generations and didn't see any turmites building highways. However, you can never be sure. This pattern takes over 27M generations to stabilize:

I made a nonexplosive rule to suit a spaceship emitted by a rakes smaller than it, then thought of changing up the rulestring.
The result? A rule which supports at least 4 tiny ships, and for which both octagon II and a rather large barge are common.

If you mean any rule, no.
There are no (n/2)+1c/no ships in any rules without B2a or B3i.
Also, post in the appropriate thread next time.
If you don't mean relativistic speeds, still probably no for most rules.
I bet that in the next decade nobody will find a 99999c/200000 ship in life, and I doubt anybody will prove one exists for awhile either.

I manage the 5S project, which collects all known spaceship speeds in Isotropic Non-totalistic rules. I also wrote EPE, a tool for searching in the INT rulespace.

Things to work on:
- Find (7,1)c/8 and 9c/10 ships in non-B0 INT.
- EPE improvements.
