Need help with Pi - heptomino circuitry and Orthogonid

I need someone's help for these things:
Pi - heptomino circuitry in Pi puffer life (B234c/S234y8)
In that rule Pi - heptomino is a failed puffer. This makes it very active,but not explosive.
Anyway,it can be used in the things like guns and probably in the Herschel - like circuitry. I am needing help from someone to make it.
Orthogonid in Traffic Flow (B2e3aciy4jnw68/S23678)
This rule is rich in blocks and 2e spaceships.It is Turing - complete and has a very interesting reactions:
Block can act as an eater
Three blocks,if placed well,can be reflector
There exists some guns
There exists a two spaceship collision in that one remains unchanged and other evolves to 4 spaceships
Because of that last one and a reflector,it is believed to be Orthogonidable. I am needing help to make it.
