James, try to give up MLP. Go read your favorite book, have a cup of coffee, optimize your eaters, or perhaps learn to create Golly scripts. You'll find out, without MLP, you will die. It's not just you though.
Yes! Let's do this! (Although my parents convinced me yesterday to do at least some of my math homework)Hunting wrote: January 17th, 2021, 11:52 pm I won't do mine either, despite the teacher specifying. Let's form the anti-school allies!
I just thought of a new world order where you have to rickroll someone to advance in the hierarchy. Your score is how many rickrolls you've done + the number of rickrolls that people you've rickrolled have done.creeperman7002 wrote: January 17th, 2021, 12:55 pmI would recommend this thread.
I know this is a Rickroll, this is the main reason why this is here.
kinda like an erdos numberSchiaparelliorbust wrote: January 18th, 2021, 3:33 am I just thought of a new world order where you have to rickroll someone to advance in the hierarchy. Your score is how many rickrolls you've done + the number of rickrolls that people you've rickrolled have done.
Let's make it so that each time you get rickrolled you lose a point.
Yeah. I want to have some incentive to make people with more points be a more sought-after target though.Moosey wrote: January 18th, 2021, 2:13 pm shouldn't it be the sum of the scores of the people you've rickrolled, and if you haven't rickrolled anyone you have score 1
mm no that could have loops
I did a Google search and found out that somebody else once proposed something similar.Schiaparelliorbust wrote: January 18th, 2021, 3:33 am I just thought of a new world order where you have to rickroll someone to advance in the hierarchy. I actually did not expect that. Thank you.EvinZL wrote: January 18th, 2021, 7:44 pm I did a Google search and found out that somebody else once proposed something similar.
The use of asterisks to censor a non-expletive is another demonstration that ColorfulGalaxy and the Donald Trump accounts are the same person.ColorfulGalaxy wrote: January 19th, 2021, 1:07 amThis is a thread for posting trolls, sorry.Schiaparelliorbust wrote: January 18th, 2021, 3:00 am I found a soup that produces a P*-*-******d spaceship, but the soup is unfortunately too large to include in a forum post.
I believe you, but I can't figure out why he is making alts just to insult himself.MathAndCode wrote: January 19th, 2021, 9:13 am The use of asterisks to censor a non-expletive is another demonstration that ColorfulGalaxy and the Donald Trump accounts are the same person.
Maybe he wants more attention. Maybe he wants to make himself look better by calling out Donald Trump for spam. Maybe he secretly likes making unproductive comments but doesn't want them associated with his account. Maybe it's something completely different. Who knows?wwei23 wrote: January 19th, 2021, 9:43 amI believe you, but I can't figure out why he is making alts just to insult himself.
The only thing I hate about school is the homework. Why do the teachers feel obligated to make us practice a subject at home, or even teach a subject that they didn't get to in class. Students would be a lot less stressed if they didn't have to go home and do school at home. Of course, I'm not talking about doing online school, that's a different topic since all work is technically homework.Schiaparelliorbust wrote: January 18th, 2021, 3:33 amYes! Let's do this! I know that some of my teachers are REQUIRED to assign homework.HelicopterCat3 wrote: January 19th, 2021, 3:37 pmWhy do the teachers feel obligated to make us practice a subject at home
Well yeah, but why should they be required?wwei23 wrote: January 19th, 2021, 4:32 pmI know that some of my teachers are REQUIRED to assign homework.HelicopterCat3 wrote: January 19th, 2021, 3:37 pmWhy do the teachers feel obligated to make us practice a subject at home
I beg to differ. The worst thing about school is having to get up early/not getting enough sleep. Biologically teenagers' body clocks are two hours early so getting up at say 9:00, which is about the time I get up at now (I used to get up at 6:30 before online classes), is analogous to an adult getting up at 7:00. And going to bed at a normal adult time like 9:30 is impossible for me because I simply cannot fall asleep.HelicopterCat3 wrote: January 19th, 2021, 3:37 pm The only thing I hate about school is the homework. At least where I live, as far as I understand, we have a high population, so demand for good schools and universities is high. Because of that, even if you're good, you have to study, and even a slight edge is very good. They practically train us like racehorses here.
