If you invert any single state rule by "NOT"ing the rule's birth and survival numbers, you'll get opposite cell state patterns. This is a fact.
But what if you switch the birth and survival rules by replacing each with the other? You'll get the opposite behaviour, but not the cell state being affected.
Examples include:
(Format - Rule, Stability 0 - 10; 0 = rarely complex due to high rates of fatality / 10 = no death / 1-9 with 1 being most stable, 9 being the most chaotic, and 5 being complex, B/S)
Virus (7) : B36/S235 (This Rule Was Accidentally Discovered By Me!!)
Suriv (9) : S36/B235
Life (5) : B3/S23
Efil (9) : S3/B23
