Still haven't tracked down the others yet.
Edit: I just found a reference by Noam Elkies to the first p33 oscillator, which indicates that the one you posted is indeed the first. He wrote in Feb 2000 that the only known p33 oscillator at that time was made by combining a p11 and a p3 oscillator, and that there was only one pair of such oscillators that made that work. Given the discovery date of the p3 and the authors of the two oscillators (Achim and Noam), that seems pretty conclusive to me.
