The item lock

Post by PkmnQ »

So, while my family was leaving the hotel which was very far away from our house, we played a game.
We were allowed access if the item we have follows the pattern.
For example, to enter the music room, we had to bring stuff that started with "Do, Re, Mi, Fa, So, La, Ti, Do"

So I decided to continue it here.
First, someone enters the room with the pattern in mind and mentions what they brought.
Then the next person brings a thing, and it's the room-enterer's job to tell them if it allows them in the room or not.
They can guess the pattern at any time.
If a person gets the pattern right, they get listed as the round winner.

I enter the yellow room, with an apple.

Round 1 - Saka
Round 2 - testitemqlstudop

No, that is not the pattern, nor does it allow you in the yellow room.
I forgot to say this, but people can enter more than once.
That being said, I enter again while bringing an accordion.

Guess:

Yes, yes, and I don't remember the original rule for that so yes.

Would I enter with a can, a can-can, a cat, a banjo, an earwig, a coconut crab, a spider crab, or an arachnophobe? Would I enter with a spider boat?

huh. I can enter with a spider, or a crab, or a centipede, but not a millepede or a spider crab.
We can thus deduce that at least one required trait is not additive.
