Is this "gun" known already?

Before I begin, I want to say that I am very ignorant about GoL and please forgive anything "stupid."

Anyway, I have very, very little knowledge about the intricacies of the patterns in GoL: Most of my activities consist of creating little "battleships" from various rakes and then having them "attack" larger patterns or each other.

So, as I watched a lightspeed telegraph get destroyed at the hands of my "gunship," I noticed an odd gun in the debris. It had two barrels, each of them firing at different rates. You probably know it already, but I wanted to be sure.
