38P11.1 is an unnamed period11 oscillator. Discovered by David Buckingham on June 20, 1977,^{[1]} it was the first oscillator of this period to be found and was the smallest known until it was surpassed by rattlesnake in 2016. It uses two blocks as induction coils.
A fourfold version of this oscillator appeared seminaturally in August 2016.^{[2]}
