38P11.1 is an unnamed period 11 oscillator. Discovered by David Buckingham on June 20, 1977, it was the first oscillator of this period to be found and was the smallest known until it was surpassed by rattlesnake in 2016.^{[1]} It uses two blocks as induction coils.
