BF20H is a conduit whose sole purpose is to delete the block from the B-heptomino with the first natural glider shot by the resulting Herschel.

Two stable mechanisms for a BF20H conduit is shown in the infobox. The first one was found by Tanner Jacobi on May 30, 2019. The second one, based on bandersnatch and giving an extra glider output, was found in November 2020.

Conventional methods to clean up the block include using a glider reflector such as p8 bouncer and rectifier.
