BLx19R is a Spartan elementary converter found by Tanner Jacobi in February 2015.[1] Consisting of a block, a ship and an eater 1, it converts a B-heptomino to R-pentomino in 19 ticks.
With another eater 1, it produces a glider labelled BNW5T30 instead.
If preceded by a HF94B, and followed by RF28B and BFx59H, an L200 conduit with a repeat time of 59 is made. One of the fishhooks in HF94B is replaced with a hat to avoid a side reaction in generation 132.
