BLx19R is a B-to-R converter consisting of a block, ship and eater 1. By adding an eater 1, this is made into a B-to-G converter. Its repeat time is 52 ticks (assuming it is followed by RF28B + BFx59H) for the B-to-R, and 28 ticks for the B-to-G.
