Barge with long tail is an 11-cell strict still life.
This still life is comprised of the normally stable barge with a normally unstable long tail attached.
It can be substitutively referred to as the shillelagh with barge, with the pre-block of the shillelagh replaced with a barge, however "barge with long tail" is usually preferred for this object.
Commonness
It is the 32nd most common (i.e. 15th rarest) 11-cell still life out of 46. It is 60 times as rare as the 9-cell tub with long tail, 80 times as rare as the 10-cell boat with long tail, and 1.5 times as common as the 12-cell long boat with long tail.
Glider synthesis
A 5-glider synthesis of this still life was found and submitted to Catagolue by Carson Cheng[1] in April 2022.[2]
