Category talk:Patterns that can be constructed with 1,000 or more gliders

Note that this category existed without a comma in the 1000 until its deletion in 2019-04-24 (when it was decided that it wouldn't be worth explaining that RCT constructions proved a lower upper bound on all patterns' synthesis costs), and that for 2.15 years until 2021-05-11 it didn't exist, and that much discussion occurred in the now-orphaned Category talk:Patterns that can be constructed with 1000 or more gliders. 1000 or more gliders was always 1000 or more gliders even before the change. Everything else (950 gliders, 1234567 cells, etc.) was in its own category, but 6174 gliders was not. HotdogPi (talk) 16:14, 15 January 2023 (UTC)
