Cis-R-bee and R-loaf (or up bun on wing) is a still life composed of a bun (also known as an R-bee) and a wing (also known as an R-loaf).

Commonness

Cis-R-bee and R-loaf is the ninetieth most common still life in Achim Flammenkamp's census, being less common than beehive with nine but more common than ship on long boat.[1]

This pattern has occurred naturally in Catagolue's asymmetric censuses, however details of its rarity are currently not known.

Glider synthesis

All strict still lifes with a population of 22 or fewer cells, all oscillators with 16 or fewer cells, and all spaceships with 31 or fewer cells are known to be glider-constructible. A glider synthesis of this object can be found in the infobox to the right.
