Cis-tub with long4 tail is a 12-cell still life.
This still life is comprised of the normally stable tub with a normally unstable long4 tail attached. While it technically has no isomers, it is named cis due to the corner part of the tail being closer to the tub; the other "isomer", trans-tub with long4 tail, has this corner part slightly farther.
