The eater with head feather is a 12-cell still life.
Construction
A 6-glider synthesis for this still life was found in January 2020.[1] A 5-glider synthesis was found and submitted to Catagolue by Carson Cheng[2] in April 2022.[3]

Occurrence
Among the 121 still lifes with 12 cells, this is the 41st most common still life according to Catagolue.
There are no occurrences of eater with head feather in final patterns of collisions in octohash, octo3obj or octo3g databases.
