HWSS on HWSS 10 is a standard spaceship flotilla consisting of two heavyweight spaceships reacting such that the sparks one of them produces are rearranged.

Occurrence

Main article: List of natural spaceships

It is the thirty-seventh most common spaceship flotilla (and fourty-second most common spaceship overall) on Catagolue, being less common than HWSS on HWSS 6 but more common than HWSS on HWSS 7.[1] However, these results may be skewed due to a bug in apgsearch which was not noticed until 18 July 2019, in which this was recognised as a pseudo-object due to the generated sparks being identical despite being rearranged.[2]

Glider synthesis

All strict still lifes with a population of 22 or fewer cells, all oscillators with 16 or fewer cells, and all spaceships with 31 or fewer cells are known to be glider-constructible. A glider synthesis of this object can be found in the infobox to the right.
