Hive five is a reaction where an instant V spark hits a pair of beehives, which reform transparently. The reaction using the twin bees shuttle is in jslife but not Dean Hickerson's oscillator stamp collection, putting its discovery date between 1995 and 2012.

Periods with known compatible sparkers are 32,[1] 41,[2] 46, 64, 72, 73, 84, 126.[3]
