Jason's p6 is a period-6 oscillator discovered by Jason Summers.[1] A 40-glider synthesis for this oscillator was discovered by Summers in September 2004.[2]

The first known semi-natural occurrence of Jason's p6 was in a symmetric soup found by Dongook Lee in January 2015.[3]
