Jaydot is a 9-cell methuselah with a lifespan of 6929 generations. The ratio of its lifespan to the number of cells in its bounding box is unusually high for a methuselah, though Bunnies 11 is superior in that respect. Because the pattern is composed of common spark and a common pond predecessor, it is simple to synthesize.
