LWSS-glider bounce is the following reaction in which an LWSS and a glider collide to form a glider heading back between the two input paths. It was discovered by Everett Boyer in 1973.[1]

As an injection method, the glider can be placed 22 ticks behind, or 18 ticks ahead another glider on the same lane. This is useful for constructing pseudo-period glider guns.[2]
