Monogram (or initials[1] or JHC[2]) is a period-4 oscillator that was found by Dean Hickerson in August 1989. It produces some weak sparks which can utilized in e.g. the stabilization of the carnival shuttle.

It first appeared semi-naturally in September 2014 in a soup found by Josh Ball using apgsearch.[3] It later appeared in an asymmetric soup on May 5, 2015.[4]
