The P15 pre-pulsar spaceship is a period 15 c/5 orthogonal spaceship discovered by Noam Elkies in December 1997.[1] It uses the sparks from two period 5 spaceships to shift a pre-pulsar three cells in fifteen generations. The original form of this ship used a much larger spaceship found by Tim Coe, while the form shown at right uses a spaceship found by Paul Tooke. In the following year David Bell found the similar P30 pre-pulsar spaceship.
