p16 century shuttle is a period-16 oscillator discovered by Nico Brown on September 21, 2023.[1][2] It consists of two toads and two tubs hassling a century.

With a minimum population of 27 cells, it is the second smallest known p16 oscillator, behind the 21-cell Rob's p16.

On February 9, 2024, Chris857 found an 18-glider synthesis for this oscillator.[3][4] The next day he reduced the cost to 17 gliders,[3][5] quickly followed by a 16-glider synthesis.[3][6]
