This is a list of known period-10 sparkers. Several were found with dr, which doesn't care about the period, and you get whatever you get.

55P10. By far the most useful dot sparker. It is a double middleweight sparker. It can be reduced by two rows (height 8 instead of 10) if bounding box is a concern, or the two halves can be skewed by two cells if clearance is a concern

p10 domino fountain. By far the most useful domino sparker. It has extremely good clearance and decent fallback, although the oscillator itself is much larger than 55P10
