A period-144 glider gun is a glider gun with true period 144. The first one, new gun 2, was found by Bill Gosper in July Category:Patterns found in 1994. See factory for a full description and pattern. The current smallest p144 gun, assembled by Chris Cain in 2016, uses the same base p72 oscillator, but the spark that extracts the glider is provided by Rich's p16.
