A period-25 glider gun is any glider gun with true period 25.
The first known true period 25 glider gun was discovered by Mitchell Riley on November 7, 2022[1] and reduced by Gustone and iNoMed to a bounding box of 24 × 21.[2] This is the fourth-smallest of any known glider gun with a unique period, also surpassing period-21 glider gun as the smallest odd-period gun.[3]
Unlike period 20, period 24, period 28 or period 30 where several true-period gun mechanisms are known for each period, this is the only known p25 gun.
