Period-54 glider gun is a true period 54 gun discovered by David Raucci on September 16, 2021. It consists of periodic honeyfarm-to-LOM and LOM-to-honeyfarm conduits that connect only to each other. As often happens, the earliest form of the gun was gradually improved during the course of a discussion on Discord, to the form shown in the infobox at right.

This is one of a relatively small number of known true period guns below period 78, where syringe-based guns become possible.
