This rule is designed to be a rule with 2 alive states that is similar to "Coral" (B3/S45678) but which barely fails at natural growth from random soups. As a result it exhibits very interesting behavior, similar to Conway's Life (B3/S23). Two major active differences exist between this and B3/S23, other than the obvious lack of still lives due to the alternating states: 1. There is usually less stable debris. 2. Most long-term chaotic growth occurs across orthogonal lines across which it is mostly symmetric, instead of flowing madly around a debris field slowly sweeping out new territory.
