This page should be moved to "Eve", the name given to this pattern by its discoverer. Also, Dave Greene found a 20-cell 2-generation predecessor of generation 1 of Eve giving it a lifespan of 30047. This pattern also fits in a slightly smaller bounding box (17×9 instead of 16×10).
#C 20-cell 30047-generation methuselah #C Dave Greene x = 17, y = 9, rule = B3/S23 15bo$14bobo$8bo4bo$7bo5bo$7bob2obo$9b3o$9bo$3o$o2bo!
Also, Generation 1 of this pattern has only 19 cells.

- Fffff, I knew I saw the name "Eve" somewhere, but when I came to write the article, I couldn't find it so I just left it out. I fixed the name now anyway. Now to see about that predecessor... Keiji 20:55, 11 May 2010 (UTC)
