I believe that the synth of the glider-producing switch engine needs only 3 gliders, if Michael Simkin's discovery counts...

- Normally glider synthesis implies pure synthesis. Michael's 3 glider infinite growth is quite dirty. Codeholic (talk) 09:33, 28 February 2015 (UTC)
