Rulestring

Wiki says Majority's rulestring is R4,C2,S40-80,B41-81

But

x=1, y = 1, rule = R4,C2,S40-80,B41-81 !

Also happened on Majorly

x=1, y = 1, rule = R7,C2,S112-224,B113-225 !

A weird rule.
