Is this really a billiard table?

- A billard table is defined in terms of the rotor being enclosed within the stator. That is generally true with this pattern. A gap in the rotor 'on' cells does not change that the rotor is enclosed. --Scot Ellison 22:30, 23 July 2011 (CDT)
