Trans-block on cuphook is a period-3 oscillator composed of a block stabilising the period-3 cuphook induction coil. This oscillator was found by Rich Schroeppel in October 1970.[1][2]

Occurrence

This oscillator has appeared naturally on numerous occasion, although its first documented occurrence and its rarity compared to other ash objects is currently unknown.

Construction

Trans-block on cuphook is known to be constructible from seven gliders, one less than its cis variant.
