Twin bees shuttle on 22P4.3 is a period-92 oscillator that is composed of a twin bees shuttle and an unnamed p4 oscillator, 22P4.3. Although it is composed of two oscillators of smaller periods (46 and 4 respectively), it is considered non-trivial because it contains a single cell that is alive in generation 32 and dead in the other 91 phases of the oscillator. In terms of its 50 cells, it was tied with 50P92.1 for the smallest known non-trivial period 92 oscillator until the discovery of unnamed p4 on twin bees shuttle in 2022.[1]
Martin Grant's glider synthesis for 22P4.3 on July 28, 2021[2] implies a 57-glider synthesis for this oscillator.
