Two pre-L hasslers was the first period-16 oscillator to be discovered. It was found by Robert Wainwright in July 1983[1]. It features four blockers hassling two central objects known as "pre-L"s.
On June 21, 2024, Chris857 found a 32-glider synthesis.[2][3]
