Welcome to the xscp foundation! Here, we look at synthesis components, especially for difficult structures. Unlike the SCP foundation, we do not hide our existence or our xscps from the general public. Knowledge of solutions is instrumental to, well, solving said difficult structures.
xscp018: Pseudo hat, looped

This monstrosity is even worse than a regular hat or loop. Mutating from a regular hat or loop is likely to be very difficult, but if there is one saving grace, configurations are constrained by the instability of a pseudo hat or pseudo loop on its own. Mutating a pseudo hat into a pseudo loop is likely to be even more difficult than mutating a regular hat into a regular loop.
Here are some notes copied from wwei23:
Loops are extraordinarily difficult to create, especially from hats, which look way too similar. Here are some solutions to certain cases.

xscp682: Hard-to-create tub
Usually found in bookends and houses. One example of a successful solution was discovered when wwei23 was synthesizing a middleweight volcano with a star. Blinkerspawn optimized it, and it was copied by the xscp foundation and archived here.
