Permission to remove the radiation neighbourhood?
As noted in Talk:Triangular neighbourhood, the 'radiation neighbourhood' you added is equivalent to partitioning the triangularly-tiled universe into four noninteracting edge-neighbourhood universes due to conservation of parity, so it doesn't seem useful.
